One week of discussion, one week where he met people in search of something personnal, one week in pushing the limits further, six days in silence, calm, disconnected from the modern world. A gift. This experience takes place on camino de Santiago, where during 10-11 hours, they were on the road, a road in el bosque, a road on macadam, a telegraph road linking the together, dots linking what has been performed so far. He entered the university as an engineer, a pragmatist. He started to use his goggle, to frame in a different way and understand whats lying around. First, the basics, finance, marketing, human resources, economics, how the organization works, he drew a map in his mind, he got lost in his questions. It appeared so complex, he finally decides to simplify it: A to B. As a theorist, he enjoyed drawing the fundamental nature of the numbers underlying it all. With cost accounting, he stopped on a subject he enjoyed: taking a photography of any given situation at time t, place l, environment y, people p p p p p p p p. No relation of hierarchy, students teachers, he felt he deserved the right like anyone around to speak on the same status, learning from the others, removing these reputation barriers and daring to ask what he has on his mind, the best way to learn and apply the learning. He finally understands more of the rational environment surrounding his reading in newspaper, nothing useful, his emotions get him to perceive the real world. It is his last spell on the university side, on this continuous stepping on the education ladder. All the stuff that is visible, the major part remaining gladly in the hidden part. Investing in himself, timely, economically, a huge investment. Still, as the walk reaches its ends, he is looking to this future rather than the payback time. Chapter 30: But Why Magic Bible of Arts? It might appear strange. I did only get the beginning first Art is a guaranty of. In total simplicity, I googled it: In this university trip, Edward understood that art are especially developed in time of peace. Yes, privilegizing art not only promotes peace of mind, it promotes discovery of oneself and the environment. At a time were digital looks like the only way of quick exchange, we will soon arrive at a time where feedback mechanism will be put in place. Yes, to any new discovery, TV, Radio, Car, everyone is getting first involved in it. Yes, because you have to. Still, in steady state, where does it go? After promoting my doppelganger on internet, I do admit my only pleasure would be to meet directly and face to face these persons, nothing more, nothing less, because more is less, and less is more. Would the world go this way? The western one did. But it has less and less weight. Business is a guaranty of nothing, generally sliding to excess. Why am I relying on arts? Nowadays, channels of communication are getting demultiplied. From Phone, Radio to TV, we are in the era of internet, mobile phones, direct interaction for a sum up. Because direct is a short circuit blowing the fuses, we will not act as rational as before. Our emotions are direct, our passion are now printed black and white on a piece of electronic fallacy. So that is the reason of the title: Art is guaranty of sanity. With it, we will witness the insanity. So here comes a story of the Big Bang that appeared mid-way to this curriculum, at a time where I needed to go outside to understand the inside. An MBA, defining what it is. Coming back to the roots, MBAs were created overseas in a country who hasnt enjoyed radiating its knowledge and knowhow in colonies. Good, at least didn't go as bad.
